This was presented to Praxair at a recent inspection.
1. No smoking signs on the outside of all exterior doors (including roll-ups). NEW
2. All medical cylinders must be nested and secured.
3. Any medical cylinders that have been hydrostatically tested must have paperwork on file at the branch and filed for 2 years. NEW
4. A thermometer must be within 20' of medical cylinders to insure that the temperature does not exceed 85 degrees. If this is exceeded then proper precautions need to be in place. NEW
5. Product expiration dates must be displayed next to the Lot#'s on all medical cylinders. NEW
